*By participating in this basketball academy, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: Basketball is a physically demanding sport that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and other injuries. Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with playing.

2. Health & Fitness: Each participant confirms they are in good health and physically able to participate. If you have any medical conditions or injuries, it is your responsibility to consult a physician before playing.

3. Liability Waiver: The organizers, facility, and any affiliated parties are not responsible for injuries, accidents, lost/stolen items, or any damages that may occur before, during, or after the scrimmage.

4. Sportsmanship & Conduct: All players are expected to compete safely, respectfully, and in accordance with fair play. Dangerous or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in removal from the game.

5. Emergency Medical Treatment: In case of an emergency, organizers may seek medical attention on behalf of a participant if necessary, and the participant assumes any related costs.
